Tone Master - Chest Exercises
Chest Place door bar at the level of your chest behind the door jam and make sure it is secure before you begin your exercise. Clip on your resistance to both rings on the door bar and to both handles. Gripping both handles, move away from the doorway facing opposite of the doorway with your legs in the staggered stance until you feel resistance with your arms and elbows extended backwards. Grip the handles with your palms facing downward and before you begin you want to keep your arms and elbows parallel to the floor. Begin the exercise by extending the arms forward in front of you touching the hand grips together. This exercise can also be done holding the handgrips with the palms of your hands facing each other and coming together with your arms extended in front of you. Make sure when doing this exercise your leg stance is secure so you don’t lean backwards. Slowly bring your arms forward touching the handles together and backwards where your elbows are bent and you cannot extend backwards anymore keeping your arms and elbows parallel to the floor at all times. Continue this exercise as demonstrated. |
